Hi, my ticket was recently marked as resolved and I was sent a survey. The in-game pop up is not loading. 20 minutes in and its just infinite loading screen.
I can’t even express my dissatisfaction with the service, I had sent direct evidence of people associated to a major botting ring called a “tribe” that has infinite gems from pickpocket/mining bots incriminating themselves in chat when I asked about his source. Literally being blackmailed to use the auction house, 3 weeks of daily reporting and a lengthy email to the hacks team to get the exact same email I had received 2 weeks prior with a zone disruption ticket.
Edit: how can a game master mark a ticket as resolved but undergoing investigation? You can’t mark something that you’re looking into as resolved…that makes no sense and just tells me that no investigation will happen.
