Can't access Blizzard Shop

Is anyone having this issue? For the last few days I’m having one issue after another. Don’t know why. Couldn’t log in at all for some reason. Then that went away after multiple efforts of uninstalling/reinstalling battlenet, and now for the last week, I’m not able to access Blizzard Shop. Whenever I try it, I’m getting a

In game shop is not working

I tried to buy a token through the in game shop today and it will not load. A small black box sits there and when I exit there’s a little box that say “your transaction is processing. Please check back later”. I tried opening a ticket in the help window, but the open ticket tab is broken as well. It’s just a big black box and there’s no way to type and submit a ticket. I had an answer to a ticket that I couldn’t open. All I got was a black screen. I had to open it through my emails.
