Can't acces PTR 11.2

Today i tried to install the PTR to test some classes, having a problem with the realm list.

The only server available is the PTR 11.2.5 Internal Alpha realm and it’s Offline.

Tried to unistall, close and open bnet, don’t know what to do.

I’m having the exact same issue. No luck with re-installing or resetting game data.

Found a Solution.

  • Go to Battle.net Website (Log In)
  • Click on your Profile (Top Right) and select “Account Settings”
  • Navigate to the leftside of your screen and select “Games & Subscriptions”
    You should see here your World of Warcraft along with a “Public test Realm” with a Wow# number attached.

What I found was my “Wow4” was my only PTR Account and it was tied to the Alpha for some reason (Though had no indication it was tied to Alpha via the website)

The Solution I found was to make another and ignore the ‘Old PTR Account’ that didnt work before, in my case the “Wow4” PTR Account was the bad one.

  • Scroll all the way down, to the category “Starter Editions & Public Test Regions”
  • Click “+ Create PTR Account” and hit Confirm.

You should see another PTR Account in my case it was “Wow5” Should just be the next number up from the previous one.

When you load up the PTR its going to ask you Which Wow# account you wish to use, Select the New one you created.

This one Should not have the issue with only seeing the Alpha.
