Can't accept quest

Hi there,

I can’t accept the “Trinkle trinkle little twerp”

I killed the correct mobs but still no drops. And don’t have the NPC with me.

I finished the quest to find Grubby. After I revealed him, my dungeon que popped, and I accepted. When I came back the ferry thing flying around was gone. I don’t have access to the powder either and can’t seem to find Grubby. My campaign keeps showing "Continue the campaign by accepting the quest “Trinkle Trinkle Little Twerp” but when I go to the location, nothing is there… no quest giver, no fariy, no grubby.
Not sure how to fix this.

Find the item “Sicklethorn To-Do List” in your bag and try to get the quest again.
