I have met the requirements to continue the furbolg questline, and the Suggested Content journal shows the quest “Academic Assistance” with the “accept quest” button available. When I click the button, nothing happens. I’ve tried this with addons disabled and it’s still not working. I was able to accept a couple of other quests from the Suggested Content journal, so it appears to be the furbolg quest in particular that is broken for me :’(

Did you find a fix to this? I got both required questlines done, got the mail from Sonova Snowden, handed it in and then nothing, no follow up quests, no quest in my adventure log. I don’t know how to continue this and it is unbelievably frustrating.
Having the same issue. I have that quest showing up in Suggested content journal but nothing happens when I click the accept quest button.
I’m guessing there’s still no fix?
Opened a support ticket. Came here to see if anyone else has seen this issue. Has anyone resolved it? Lost the 50% rep gains this week.
This bug still seems to be around. I’m in the same spot. Did your ticket get an answer for you that I can try? Like others, I’ve tried disabling all addons with no change.

Having the same issue, I’ve completed all the prerequisites and cannot pick up the quest.
Still bugged as of today, Aug 4th.
This is still broken for me on my main. I was farming artifacts and turning them in to Sonova (who appears at the camp near the area where you can farm these) for 3 days before I noticed my rep wasn’t making any gains with turn ins and I was still stuck at friendly 608. I cannot accept the quest from the log, and he has no additional quests other than letting me turn in artifacts, for apparently no reward.
I have a feeling I may need to complete this on an alt instead, now that we have warbands, so I’m going to check that out when I can.
