I can’t accept the chapter 1 of Embers of Neltharion. When i click Accept Quest nothing happens and the quest is not added to my quest book. My quest book is not full i dropped 2 quests to be sure and i don’t get any error message when i try to accept the quest. Anybody else got this problem?
Is this happening to you on an alt, when you have another toon already in the zone?
This is what has happened to me. Got my main in, but can’t accept the quest on any alts.
*turns out you can fly right in. not sure if skipping the initial quest will be a problem
No i’m on my main and have not logged any alts since 10.1.
I’m having the same issue. I have done the storyline quests on 2 characters and when i went on my third i can’t accept the first quest. i checked on all of my characters and they got the quest, I just can’t get it on 1 of them
Having the same issue with 3-4 alts. I wonder if there is a questline I have to finish to accept it.
Same - 3 alts no prob; 4th one just dinged 70 and has done none of the Dragon Isles start quests and can’t accept the quest. Just doing them now until i can accept it
edit: found it. you just need to skip the forbidden reach intro quest - once at the seat of the aspects, and then once when you first portal to the reach. Soon as I skipped the second one ‘The Land Beneath’ popped up

So I figured it out. You need to do the Hidden Legacies quest and skip all of it when prompted. Then you’ll have a chance to accept the Zaralek Cavern questline.
