I just got a 447 neck from vault (m+ row). The stats werent good but I chose it anyways thinking Id be able to use the revival catalyst on it…but seems like it wont let me. I have 7 charges too. Are we not allowed to use it on jewelry pieces?
The Creation Catalyst is used to convert gear pieces to current Tier set pieces or Season 1 pieces for transmog. It cannot be used on jewelry or trinkets.
