Cannot Update Guild Recruitment

Since the release of 9.1 I have been unable to update the recruitment message for my guild. Since 9.1 the panel interface has been unresponsive. I have reset my UI (on two computers) transferred to another guildmate and issues persisted.

Escalated to blizzard Issue ID #80248753, who was ‘unable’ to reproduce the issue. When I received access to my account, I found that my vault was inaccessible to all members, and the calendar was broken(all events were lost).

After subsequent reescalations they found they could reproduce the issue using the Consumer game client (not their support client).

My vault issue has been escalated to tier 3 support. Guild Vault Completely Inaccessible
The recruitment is being tracked as a known issue, but no public forum was referenced to track/I would not receive updates to my ticket about it.
The calendar issue support said they were receiving complaints about the calendar and referenced Cannot Find Player - Calendar Issue but again I will no public blue post as of yet nor would I receive updates to my support request.

Issue resolved the Monday after, no direct action was reported.
