I completed the quests below but wowhead says i did not, which i assume Blizzard says i have not, even though I did them yesterday.
None of the quest givers for these quests, or the next set appear.
Nathanos Blightcaller has no quests whatsoever, either on the ship, or at the seal.

I submitted a request for help from a GM, and the response was, it is a known issue and I should submit a bug report.
So now I am not allowed to unlock the Zandalari Troll race
Has anyone else encountered this
