Since TWW started, magni disappeared as the Emissary turn in, any work around for it?
nothing from a blue?
No but I was able to figure it out myself. Ended up having to do the TWW tutorial and Magni returned to his little spot by the sword

For almost all “can’t do previous expansion content”, this is distressingly often the answer.
Except for the cases where even doing all of that isn’t enough. 
Youd think theyd have a little placeholder when an important NPC was moved for another expac quest. A little minion golem that lets me turn it in wouldve saved me an hour or two of trying to figure out what was even happening.
I don’t really understand how they do this, except that I suspect the development staff is understaffed and could barely get the TWW new content out the door without even considering smoothing it out with pre-existing content in the same places. Just another part of the rushed and obviously incomplete TWW rollout. They easily could have done a lot more to make the content compatible, but they must have just run out of time.
