After completing this quest, after doing 3 mythic+ dungeons I cannot turn in the quest An Elementary Voidcore. The quest shows complete, ready for turn in, however cannot speak to Decimus.
I believe Decimus is standing in a spot other than the quest turn in. He is in the center of the Voidforge where it appears the quest turn in should be at the perimeter.
I did a quest with him today to craft something at the table, it appears he never moved back to his original location.

no dice. relogged, swapped alt and back, closed bnet, nothing. Hopefully a daily reset takes it.
try clicking on the sword in the middle of the forge that is what fixed it for me i just got it to work
Unfortunately for me nothing around can be interacted with. Disabled all addons. I cannot click the Half-Formed Blade in the center.
I also cannot turn in quest. Has anyone found a fix? anyone tried abandoning and doing it again?
I logged back into my character, after completing it on another character, and now Decimus has a Blue Checkmark above his head with 3 talking options!
However all 3 talking options say “You don’t meet the requirements for that quest.”
let me know if you got it, my alts cant turn in the quest
I figured out my issue, maybe it’ll help yours: abandon Artifice of Aggression in your quest log. That’s how it fixed it for me.

I had the same issue and looked around there was a light shard I had to click first on table next to Riftwalker Ein and then going back and clicking the blade made Decimus grab the blade and walk back to his normal location and then I could turn in for the Voidcores
This was the issue. I just completed the quest however, really short.
