My character completed the criteria for A Shrouded Path for Time, well before the weekly reset and did not receive my Cache of Sepulcher Treasures. After completing the 5th timewalking dungeon for my quest, A Shrouded Path Through Time, I received the pop up that my quest was complete and left the instance group. I returned immediately to the questgiver, Caretaker Kah-Toll, and the quest was no longer available for me to turn in and no longer in my quest log. I did not abandon the quest and it was well before the weekly reset time.
The weekly events end a couple hours earlier from the daily reset. This is always noted in the in-game calendar.

This is likely the issue as it was exactly 4am pst when I returned to the quest giver, but really… not even going to give me 60 seconds to turn in the quest? Ridiculous.
The cutoff time for the weekly event is documented in the in-game calendar and it’s working exactly as designed.
If you wish to provide feedback to the developers regarding any aspect of this, you will want to submit a suggestion in the in-game suggestion feedback function or post in a relevant non-Support forum, such as Quests.
