I can’t transmog any of my items. I open up my transmog and I cannot. When I click the apply button the sound that its “getting transmoged” gets made but it doesnt actually transmog.
Any advice on a fix?

I changed covenants and one of my weapons is the old covenant. Cannot T-mog that weapon. How do I t-mog it?
bumping this issue as a bug. Cannot mog my weapons (both conquest weapons), nor my head (Kyrian head) to anything after Covenant change. Click apply, hear the mog sound, but nothing gets applied. I can mog other pieces (non kyrian related) if I unequip both weaps and head (all kyrian related items).
I also can’t Transmog any items after covenant switch, its not just the covenant items its any item, no sound, price doesnt change, nothing happens, has been going on two days now
I am having the same issue on my DK, which I recently swapped from Venthyr to Necrolord. She has a 207 weapon from the previous covenant, but I cannot transmog ANYTHING. I do know you can’t transmog the appearances from the old covenant, I’m not trying that, just using appearances from past expansions in the new mog and I just can’t apply it. I can transmog fine on the DH, which has never swapped covenant.
This is an issue for my characters who covenant changed. Can’t Tmog the old PvP items into ANYTHING else.
Also bugged, can’t transmog weapon after switching from Night Fae to Kyrian.
Fix blizzard, it’s been a couple weeks now
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP - STOP PUSHING IT ASIDE
I have had this issue for a solid month now - I’ve reached out to blizzard multiple times, all they can say is its a bug and Devs are working on a solution but have no leads on it yet… Not very useful and not very efficient at finding a solution.
Seems like an easy refund or swap would work for most cases… (in my case It was my PvP weapons being venthyr before I switched to NF)
I’ll list the 2 responses I’ve seen from Blizzard on this…
"I’ve read your ticket about being unable to transmog your weapon! There’s currently a bug preventing some weapons from being transmogged if you switch Covenants - for PvP and PvE weapons both.
To be clear, when you switch covenants:
Our Dev crew is working on fixing that second issue - they do want players to be able to transmog their old covenant’s weapons into other appearances. However, this isn’t something a Game Master could fix on a one-on-one basis - we won’t be able to swap your weapon out for one from your new covenant, or refund it so you can purchase one from your new covenant. For now, you’ll simply need to hang in there until our Dev crew can apply a fix.
I know that’s pretty frustrating - personally, I stick to the nice, clean, vanilla two-hand sword models on my Paladin. Being stuck with bigger and bulkier weapons just wouldn’t fit my character, and it would drive me up the wall. But hang in there, and we’ll get things fixed up!
You can keep an eye on the Hotfixes blog on the WoW website for more information."

"Our queues are a lot larger than normal lately due to the launch of Shadowlands, so thank you so much for your patience!
I’ve double checked into this and it looks like our developers are still working on this bug. Some bugs may be really fast to fix, while others may be a bit more complicated and need some more work. They also just got back from the holidays recently as well, so there really wasn’t any movement over Christmas and New Years.
That said, Game Masters aren’t able to fix bugs, so continuing to submit new tickets or re-open old tickets will not speed the process up here. This is a bug that is affecting everyone and not just one individual. Bugs of this scope are handled by our developers. I totally wish I was able to fix this for you personally, but it’s just a matter of waiting for that hotfix to go out to fix everyone up.
I do hope that helps clear things up, and I do hope that despite this, you enjoy the rest of your day. Take care!
