I’m having trouble swapping covenants with the release of this patch. The primary NPCs that are typically located in Oribos are no longer there.

I was able to accept the quest Rebuilding Our Trust but the NPCs aren’t there for me either now to turn in
Same. Completed the quest and haven’t seen them since.
did you find them? I still haven’t seen them… and wowhead doesn’t have any info about them either
