Cannot swap between Loadouts because the game thinks something is on CD

On my arcane mage & trying to swap loadouts, but it keeps telling me “You can’t change that talent choice while Presence of Mind is on cooldown”, but I just logged into the character & have not used ANY abilities or spells. So my mage is basically stuck in one loadout, this needs to be fixed asap.

Edited to add: I just tried deleting all the loadouts & reimporting, & now I can’t import loadouts either, so I guess no arcane mage for me, huh? Unless I want to write down each four loadouts & then choose by hand…

Edited to add: Okay so I went back in, & attempted to choose a loadout by hand, & guess what? That’s a no-go, as well, as the game STILL thinks Presence of Mind in on CD. Holy cow, this is bad! I’ve turned off all addons, reloaded & it still won’t work.

Right click off the presence of mind buff so it starts its cooldown.
or /cancelaura presence of mind

I couldn’t right-click the buff off, because it wasn’t present; the icon for that buff was not on my screen anywhere. PoM had not been used at all.

When I talented PoM to test, it was automatically applied with a single charge. This persisted through logout and prevented spec change and is likely the only thing that could be preventing you from changing spec.

Queue into arena skirmish and see if that clears it.

Thank you! I was finally able to get it to clear after engaging in a dungeon. Was able to change other talent loadouts as well! Strange that it’s auto-applying like that, but hopefully they get it fixed with the coming reset.
