From pre-patch of 11.0, I cannot submit a ticket. It is not a browser problem, I tried chrome, safari, microsoft edge and etc, none of them work. Any clue?
I created a sample ticket and it went through. If you need help with a tech issue you can post here, but if it’s an account issue, I recommend trying another network (like a VPN or mobile) to open the ticket.
