Cannot start the True masters

I completed the Dragonkin Menace quest. When I returned to turn it in and get the next quest in the questline, The True Masters, Helendis did not have the quest. He only had the BRS quest.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, but is there anything else I can do?

I checked using the script command and it says that I did not complete the true masters, but did complete the dragonkin menace.

The Onyxia attunement quest chain was removed in Patch 3.0.2, sadly.
