i cannot complete the lizis reins questline. i completed the pre reqs of initiates day out but i cannot speak to radiya to start the daily turn ins of lizis reins. ive already completed the questline on another toon that got me the mount but now om on another account that ive made into my main and ive gotten lvl 25 rep for the centaurs and want to complete the divine breath of ohnara and i do not want to go onto my alt that completed it because the rep level is like 15 or below and it would take forever to re grind the rep. has anyone else had this issue before or am i the only one since i swapped mains. original was a dh that finished the quest, changed over to hunter.

After submitting a ticket, this was the response I got.

Following your request, I can see that you want to unlock the Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra, but the quest “To Tame A Thunderspine” isn’t offered to your character to get Lizi’s reins. I’ll then have a look at the situation for you. =)
After investigations, and as you also notified us, I could notice that Lizi was already unlocked on your World of Warcraft account. Since this is a one per account mount, those reins cannot be obtained again on another character, which is the reason why “To Tame A Thunderspine” isn’t offered. If you still have those reins, I can only advise to continue this secret quest line on the character that originally got them.

Despite the response I got from Blizzard, somebody suggested that I complete the quest “The highest Honor” in Maruukai first then go back to pick up the the quest “A whispering Breeze”. It worked for me. Best of luck.
