Quest for battling Pet Tamer Julia Stevens will not show for me. I do not have any pet battling quest on any other character, nor have previously done any pet battling on this or any character. I have a team of pets and normal pet battles (wild encounters) work fine. I have the pet battling skill and my team is over level 10. I have purchased the shadowlands expansion and am current on subscription.
I am seeing this issue on Caishao on Emerald Dream.
Cannot solve why I wouldn’t see this quest line.
