Shortly after the game went live and after doing all of my stuff in Tanaris, I can no longer see other players…is anyone else having this? is there a way to fix it? I’d love it fixed before raid tonight…
To note, this is apparently ONLY on my priest

Same issue. Only happening on main, all my other toons are fine.

I have the same problem. My character which did the Chromie Codex scenario at the Celebration is the only one affected, all my other characters are fine.
All players have become invisible and the player nameplates are on the ground.
Npcs are not affected.

Okay so! I can see people if they are in my party, so there’s hope for raid tonight!

This is happening to me only on one character (this one). When I log into other characters, I can see other players. I tried deleting my cache folder, rebooting my computer, disabling all add ons, no change.
Edit: Just tried deleting the WTF folder for this character, restarted client, no change.

Right here with you, one thing I’ve also noticed is that it changes everyone’s target icon to a 20th Anniversary icon of some sort, so it’s likely to do with the event itself. Also, since the bug happened to me, I’ve been able to queue for instanced content, but it never finds a group, might just be bad luck, or it may be related. Twenty minutes is a bit greater than 87 seconds, so I’m willing to believe the latter.

Do you have any quests related the aniversy event. Sounds like the toon is out of phase

The problem seems to be resolved, for me. Players are appearing as normal, once again. It was not anything which I did to fix it; I was logged off for about 10 hours, that’s it.
Either Bliz fixed the problem, or the shoe elves fixed it overnight, but it appears to back to normal… for now.
