No the vendors itself
Ya — there’s a quest to kill 30 fated raid bosses, it rewards one dinar. Once you complete that quest, and get the dinar, a pop up quest will show up in Oribos directing you to the vendors.
Won’t see them without the dinar.
That sucks tbh 30 fates bosses is long time
