This has happened to me in 2 different instances. I had not done the raid yet last week and this week and was eligible to roll on my tier token and the option was not given to me. Last week was tier legs from Sennarath and this week was LFR gloves from Dathea. This is ridiculous.
EDIT: Just got done with LFR and the raid token for pants dropped and I cannot roll. This needs to be addressed.
