Cannot remove borders in Windowed mode

Hello,

I am unable to use Fullscreen (Windowed) mode because I get insane screen tearing. I could turn on Vsync, but that is a lot of input lag. So, I use Windowed mode.

However, windowed mode in this game will not remove its borders and the bottom taskbar keeps overlapping my game if my mouse goes too far down. Anyone know a fix for this?

(I have already tried hitting the maximize button on the top right, but it keeps the white bar at the top of the screen and the game display will not match my monitor’s screen size. The max I could get was 1920x1057 for WoW on a 1920x1080 monitor.)

As far as I know, that’s how windowed mode works. That’s more of a Windows set of parameters than anything else.

It is possible that we could troubleshoot the tearing in fullscreen windowed mode, but we’d need a dxdiag report to even begin.
