I just finished the second quest to rejoin the Night Fae, and nothing happened. I opened a ticket but the estimated wait is 19 days.

I’m having this issue too switching back to Kyrian from Night Fae. Blizzard support tried to close my ticket (US77050547) with an automated response suggesting that I check wowhead.
-Did both parts of the “going back to my old covenant” quest
-Turned in the quest
-Bugged
-Still a Night Fae instead of a Kyrian.

Having the same issue, switching from VEN to Kyr back to Ven.
Completed both quests then it popped up i was back in Ven then it gave me Kyrian again.
Now the General just threatens me.
1st Quest completed Saturday - 14/12/2020
2nd Quest completed Today - 16/12/2020

I’m going to continue to keep tabs on this post in hopes that blizzard will find some sort of resolution.
To anyone else out there, when you were doing your quests… when did you start and complete the first half, and then the second half? I started the first half last night and then completed the second half right after reset.

Yeah it’s definitely bugged. I just completed my 3rd week quest with them and still can’t rejoin.

I completed the first part 2 resets ago on the day before reset, after reset I completed it again. I saw reports that you needed to wait an additional reset to get the quest to actually rejoin, so I patiently waited until this reset. Aaaand nope, I was given the exact same quest as the others, as if I hadn’t completed the other steps and it was starting it over again.

Wow you’ve had to burn an extra week because of this bug? I’m sorry man. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to only be two parts, not three.

Wasn’t this already fixed? Yet I know at least two people with this exact issue.
Why even let people change if its not going to work. Small indie company btw

I love making a ticket and getting an automated response for a bug that has persisted since beta and stops me from progressing my character

Oh yeah, mine got auto-resolved a couple hours after I made it, and I was not happy at all. Now I just get to wait =)
Blizzard fixed my issue today!

Edit: finally got a GM that sorted it out for me, just have to keep trying.
