Not able to refine materials for Skinning. It says “Target is Invalid”

Same. I have it as an option, am at the bench, trying to refine scales. Target is invalid. This game has more bugs in it than New York City at the moment.

Found out the issue. You cannot refine from your bank. they have to be in your bags.
