Cannot queue for DF Dungeons, "You do not have the World of Warcraft expansion"

World of Warcraft says in game that I cannot queue for the new dungeons released in Dragonflight because “I do not own the expansion”. I have purchased to expansion. I’ve logged completely out of Battle.net and verified the purchase. Also verified game files.

Mistakes happen

I get the same message of not having the expansion. But i have ran 2 toons thru the new dungeon using the finder. Now I am trying to take another one through and it is not showing up in the que. I have done all the quests that come up with the Dragonflight stuff. I have abandoned the quest and retaken it. and did all the different log ins and still nothing. I even switched to another server and nothing.

is there a item lv requirement for the dungeon? and maybe they have the wrong message attached to it?

Check your item score. 180 or higher for the dungeon

posting for logs

I didn’t buy the Dragonflight expansion yet but unfortunately I’m forced to do BFA dungeons when I’m trying the Threads of Fate in Shadowlands and it wouldn’t let me choose Shadowlands dungeons at all when I’m level 59.

Have you tried talking to Chromie?

I was already in Shadowlands already and was doing Threads of Fate why would I have to talk to Chromie? How would that help?

Since phase 2 of the prepatch, 50-60 is part of Chromie time. It might have defaulted you into BFA was my thought. I’m pretty sure it defaulted my characters that I was leveling into Shadowlands but none of them had threads of fate turned on so it could be an interaction with that. I’m just trying to throw out ideas to help you out.

They are aware of this dungeon issue and it’s not their first time hearing this since they have been busy dealing with Dragonflight expansion lately so maybe they will get around to fixing it.
