From a Public Relations standpoint this is just terrible control. Most of us would be happy if a blue post acknowledged that this is a bug and something is being worked on regardless of an ETA. But to be left in the dark as all the other servers continue to run queues, join premades, and enjoy the game is just cruel. This issue didn’t begin at the start of an honor cycle but rather in the middle of one. Players that had the free time to spam BG’s on specifically Tuesday and Wednesday of this week (12/24/19 & 12/25/19) now have an irrefutable benefit over players that were unavailable during this time. At this point all we are asking for is recognition that this is a bug and it’s currently being worked on to find a resolution.
