Cannot purchase guild rewards Cloak of Coordination or Shroud of Cooperation

I am unable to purchase Cloak of Coordination or Shroud of Cooperation from Shay Pressler in Stormwind. I am able to purchase the Wrap of Unity. Two of my guildmates confirmed for me that they experience the same. When attempting to purchase, red text stating “That item is not found” displays across the top of the screen.
