In the middle of trying to unlock Good Suramaritan on my 120 main in order to unlock Nightborne AR.
I am exalted with Nightfallen.
I have completed all parts except Blood & Wine, A Growing Crisis, Statecraft, and A Change of Seasons.
There are no more quests anywhere on the map for me to complete. The Adventure Guide is useless. Khadgar has no quests to offer.
How to a progress the story please?

Thank you! Omg what a pain. Though, some of those quests I have completed already despite what it says.
Iād also like to mention you need to have the disguise active for some quests to show up! Just figured that out.
