Cannot proceed with quest in Stormsong Valley

I received the quest “Iron tide low” and “two faced pirate scum” In Drowned Lands, Stormsong Valley.
Two faced Tom for the quest is green ( non aggro ) to me and so are the pillagers that I am supposed to kill so I cannot kill them therefore cannot complete or even start the quests.

I am on a level 42 warrior Dark Iron dwarf for these quests.

you have a buff for a disguise which you’ll need to remove in order to attack them.

Thanks a bunch. You solved my problem. I totally forgot I had a pirate hat on from a previous quest.
