It makes the zapping noise but then does not mog or charge me for it.
How can I get mog working on this toon again? Or is there now a minimum level requirement for mogging? Am I stuck with my last mog, done in Legion?
Have you tried doing the mog piece by piece instead of all at once?
Have you removed your gear and only put on what you wish to change?
You can place the non-unique pieces and non-Artifact pieces in Void Storage to strip all appearances from them. That will give you a fresh piece for those items with which to apply an appearance.
