Cannot Login! "Attempting to reconnect" error code: BLZBNTBGS80000011

I have not been able to play WOW since friday and ive been very miserable because of this literally checking every few hours every day to see if the problem has been resolved and of course just my luck it isnt. Im especially very anger and frustrated since i just purchased “the battle of az.” since i was only playing classic. So after days of no connection made and still not being able to play i restarted and deleted everything like it was when i first purchased my laptop so i reinstalled everything windows 10 and installed all of WOW add ons and the game all over again praying and hoping that this will finally do it and i will get to finally get to play again. but of course things can never be that simple for me. so its monday morning and i still am not able to be logged in from the blizzard battle.net application so by now u can only imagine the frustration i have going on now like i just want to be able to play and it makes me so mad ive done everything troubleshooting tip they have listed in the forums and i know it cant be nothing on my end with my internet provider cause im able to use my internet provider with chrome and everything else. & honestly im not no computer tech but def not dumb but i cant seem to figure out how to do the lookingglasstest or else i would have been sent tech support a message but without that info im not able to send a message i pray someone can finally help me get this problem fixed cause i just simply want to play the game i just got done paying close to 80$ for and still have not got a chance to play.

If your internet is otherwise working fine, you may have a security app or firewall blocking the ability to connect to the server.

ive already looked into that tip i swear i have tried every single suggestion that they had on other previous topics that they have in the forums. the only thing i am having trouble doing is the looking glass test but was able to figure out the msinfo info but i was very curious if anyone else is having this same problem or is it just me having the connection/login issues cause if i am that really sucks cause it will prob. be much longer for this to be addressed if that is the case

You won’t want to post that here, that’s something they use for the ticket system along with the DxDiag. However, a connection related problem could show up in the DxDiag if it’s being caused by software you have installed.

  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
