I installed PTR Version 11.1.7 (60520) (Test arm64)
There is only one drop down PTR menu choice: PTR (TWW 11.1.7)
Log in is impossible.
For the past several days this message shows up:
“No realms are currently available (WOW51900309)”
Logging into the live retail version is not a problem.
Account is checked to be able to play PTR
Either that, or developers took the realms offline, do check the ptr forums.

The PTR isn’t an always-online version of WoW like Retail or Classic. The developers will take it online/offline at random for testing purposes.
For future PTR concerns (including gameplay and technical), please use the forum for that version: #in-development:legacy-of-arathor-ptr.
