Cannot Log In to BattleNet - Clicked "Agree" To new EULA But Then Immediately Logged Back Out

BattleNet refuses to log me in. It prompts me to agree to the new EULA which I do, but then immediately logs me out with a “Your session has expired” error. Attempts to log in again bring up the EULA agreement once more, but the same thing happens no matter how many times I try. Same deal on the mobile app too.

::EDIT::
Issue appears to be known and is currently being worked on, if not already resolved by the time you read this.

This is happening to me too this morning. Was fine yesterday with SoD launch…

Edit: Now it just says ‘authenticator code invalid’. Even tried logging in with the other options like google or apple. Still doesnt work after I click accept the terms of agreement

Also same here. It asks me on the web a couple time too, but it lets me in.
Battle net app just says your login session has expired after clicking accept a couple times.

Same here, anyone know how to resolve

Having the same issue. For a while I couldn’t even get that far.

Things like this are entirely an issue on Blizzard’s side, nothing you can do to fix it on your end. Just have to hope they’re aware of the issue and can fix it.

Also finding the same here. There is no apparent way to circumvent this - even the link to go to support website brings up an EULA that you cannot successfully click “Agree” to… it simply re-appears and needs you to click “Agree” again… and again… and again.

Groundhog day?

Same here, can’t even log an issue because the website is stuck in a ‘Review Terms’ loop.

This happened to me trying to log in via battle.net app, and when I tried to launch the Warcraft app it said it couldn’t log in.
And yes, the new EULA came up on the battle, net app, twice, even though I agreed the first time.
And to just post this I have to log in the the EULA came up but it went through.
Frustrating

Same here.
Unable to accept EULA. Battle net wants me to do it but just repeatedly asks me too. The website does the same and even BLOCKS access to support feature because you have not accepted the EULA.

Logged into wow and it says I have to accept the battlenet EULA and takes me to the website where it does not save the EULA acceptance.

Or are we accepting a live edited version.

“We’re currently investigating an issue affecting our authentication servers, which may result in failed or slow login attempts.”

Well, progress.

Blockquote “when i changed the language to another language then tried again, it finally let me in”

It would really help if you outlined the steps needed to do that…

woops sorry! so you’ll see the settings cog, click on that, then there should be a language button, click on that, change to english US or english EU or any other language and then save, it should now let you accept

HERE’S HOW TO FIX:

  1. Login here (online bnet). You’ll see EULA (or w/e).

  2. If you click AGREE, nothing will happen. Keep clicking AGREE very very fast until it redirects you.

  3. Go to BNET launcher and log in.

  4. Profit…

Found how to get in.

Open your Battle Net app, and try to log in. Even if you have to “Cancel” the agreement, or choose to “Open without logging in”, get Battlenet open.

Once it is, go on the top left pulldown menu to “Settings” then change the “App Language” to “English (UK)”. On the right, go ahead and log in.

Voila, you should now be online.
