Same issue, followed several blizzard steps which also include uninstall and reinstall battle.net. I’m not stuck at 45% installing for last 10 minutes.

Something is going on, I guess I should have just waited, but haven’t been around for a few days and was excited to start playing!

Me, on an hour ago: No problem. But time to get off and take a break.

Me, trying to get on now: Having the same issue.

Something is borked on Blizz’s end.

Also having this issue. Restarted PC and that didn’t solve the problem.

Same problem

Started with Bnet trying to update wow and being stuck on “waiting” for 15+ minutes after clicking it.

Restarted my PC

now bnet wont even fully launch, no games listed, just that “Battle.net Update agent went to sleep” message

Same, cannot get past the BLZBNTBNA00000005 error. Been like this for 30 minutes but I was in the game without issues not even 2 hours ago…

Same issue.

I restarted the launcher once and it came back up and was able to get into WoW. Then I decided I wanted to try D4 PTR, so closed out of WoW and found that the launcher had automatically closed itself for some reason. Now I can’t get past the sleep error in the launcher.

Oh well, I’m exhausted and should probably go to sleep anyway.

+1 for this.

WoW was stuck updating, so I decided to uninstall everything and now I can’t reinstall Battlenet.

similar issue. Cant update

Same issue here. It will not update. And no, forums bot, it was not “resolved” by someone stating they couldn’t find a fix.

Yep, still stuck at 11:30PM Pacific Time. Sounds like most folks are on PCs; this is a Mac. I have WoW on my Windows laptop also but it’s busy with something else so I can’t try it there at the moment. I had the “Waiting on another update” problem, tried the standard fixes, and decided to try reinstalling Battle.net. Now it’s been stuck on “Updating Battle.net Update Agent… (45%)” for 20 minutes. And can someone explain why this topic is marked as solved and post #6 is the solution? It doesn’t really say anything like that unless I’m missing something. Oh, well, the kitchen needs cleaning anyway…

EDIT: Well, I solved my version of the problem, anyway. I deleted these: the Battle.net app from the Applications folder and the Battle.net folders in Users/{user}/Library/, Users/Shared/, and Users/Shared/Blizzard. Then the newly downloaded Battle.net installer app worked perfectly, and I’m back in Azeroth once again!
