Cannot interact with NPCS

I’ve had this problem on three different characters (leveling in Northshire. As soon as I go to turn in a quest, it disappears and I cannot talk/interact with the NPC or even log out. I’ve deleted my characters and made 3 different ones and still have the same problem. help please?

You mentioned this happened three times. Was it always the same quest that caused the issue to happen? Can you turn in other quests? If you start a character somewhere else, do you encounter the same issue?

If the issue occurs, try reloading your UI and see if the issue persists. You can do this by typing the command:
/console reloadui

If the issue persists after that or the command does nothing, try resetting your UI and then log back in to the affected character and turn in the quest.

I have been having the same issue although it is not necessarily always associated with turning in a quest. I will arbitrarily be unable to interact with NPCs. Different continents, different characters. I am usually able to utilize my crafting supplies, can cook, enchant, or create something. I will be unable to log out at that time. In addition, when using the flight master I will be kicked off the flight with an error message transaction aborted: instance not found. Again, different areas, different flight paths.

same here at times on stormarage will not be able to interact with npcs all of a sudden my character will just shrug his arms . reboot fixes it sometimes

Hey there,

The issue description to me sounds like desyncing from game servers, typically caused by packet loss. Can we run this winMTR test and play the game until the issue starts happening again? Once you have the results please send them via this forum thread.

Be sure to put the results in the quote feature so it will be a little more clean. Should look like this.
