if you leave that little island there’s no way to get back to it. The guy who gave you the boat guy won’t have the option anymore
You can get back if you go to the flight master.

I had a similar issue occur. I went and completed the quest to get there and talked to the flight master multiple times but he stated that there were no connecting flight paths. I completed the dungeon and came back out and talked to him some more but it still didn’t work. I finally hearthed back and now the option to fly there does not exist. I keep checking with the Oribos flight master and he still does not show the option to fly there.

Oops…I was logged into this as the wrong toon…Don’t want to confuse people with a 48 Rogue when I did it on my DH.
I think if it was a 48 rogue it would be interesting on more levels.
I am having the same issue, have done the quest line to gain access to Tazavesh, the veiled market, and could not grab the flightpath, instead received the message, “You have no connection flight path available”. From what I understand from other players, this flight path connects to the one in Oribos. But is missing for my toon. I did a dungeon run with a group, they had to summon me to Tazavesh, and I tried again to grab the flightpath, same message that I have no available connection to it. I’ve submitted more than one bug report to WOW concerning this , receive no help, no info no replies, a true mess!
