Cannot get back on boat to turn in "The Nation of Kul Tiras"

Hello,

I am a new player and think I am stuck on this quest. When I went from Stormwind to Boralus, it put me on the boat with Jaina Proudmoore. Before I could turn in the quest, my party mate clicked on sync quests and the boat disappeared making me fall into the water.

Now I cannot get back on the boat to turn in the quest. I have tried going back to Stormwind and returning to Boralus, but it doesn’t put me on the boat.

I can’t abandon and restart the quest. No option to abandon.

I tried changing my timeline at Chromie but it never resets the Boralus questline and therefore I am perpetually stuck.

Am I missing an easy way to get back on the boat? Or any ideas how to move past this?

edit: This is happening on my level 11 Human Priest, I didn’t realize the post was under my horde Priest.

Cleaning up old posts!

Lorethon,

Thank you so much for the advice. I will try that asap. I have a ticket open about it and received a generic reply, so I kept it open. Fingers crossed your info works!

edit: It looks like I do not have access to the Boralus portal in Mage Tower. I had a friendly mage port me to Boralus, but it put me on the north end of the area, nowhere near Jaina.

How did you return to Boralus? The regular boat (on the south dock) is just a ferry, and won’t put you where you need to be for the quest. Check the dock furthest to the north and see if Jaina is there. If she is, talk to her and see if she has a dialog option to go to Boralus. If you haven’t turned in the quest, that should be the way to get back.

I was able to get around this by having someone with a 2 person flying mount pick me up and drop me on the boat. We had to do some combination of quest sync and leaving the party for the boat to remain visible for me before I could drop off onto it. Thank you all for the help!
