Cannot get 3rd longstrider to drop

Did they nerf azerite piece drops in BFA content?

Been doing dailies to get my last longstrider piece in the shoulder slot. Basically gave up at this point since its been MONTHS of farming with 0 items dropping that trait.

What is the deal, I don’t need resounding protection for the 10th time.

The traits on items are set by the item itself, they aren’t random. So, you can look up which specific pieces have the trait and farm/look out for them.
