I’ve posted about this before, I go to the throne room to finish the quest only to find Anduin missing and Turalyon there instead, I’ve been told darkshore phases the room and after finishing it nothing changed, I still cannot turn in the quest
Just to clarify, when you say you’ve done Darkshore, you are talking about unlocking the BfA warfront and not just doing the regular leveling zone, right?
The biggest phasing issue in Stormwind is usually the BfA intro quests. (Which if you’ve unlocked the Darkshore Warfront, you’d have done.)
Your other post said that you’d started Shadowlands. Does that include all of the introduction up through opening the portal back to Stormwind?
Yes, however with this character I talked the threads of fate person to do the world quests instead of the main storyline for shadowlands once I was able to
Threads of Fate shouldn’t affect anything. It’s just about getting all the way through the intro. It doesn’t matter how you do it. (Doing the Maw skip is fine as well. It’s mainly about getting the portals between Oribos and Stormwind active.)
So, some other ideas for Stormwind phasing:
If you’ve started (but not completed) any of the high level Cataclysm zone intros (especially Twilight Highlands) that can mess with the phasing.
It’s been a while, but I’d also see if you have any War Campaign quests from BfA. This is often a big one for Orgrimmar, and I can’t remember if it creates issues in Stormwind.
The Nyolotha intro quests from BfA can cause phasing issues.
I’ve found the questline, “Return of the black prince” was causing the phasing issue, but I finished it and it’s can finally turn it in after about a week of scouring the internet for a solution
