The boss Warden of Souls is not in any layer and level in Torghast. Done all of them and still missing him for the Gatekeepers of Torghast achiv.
A site says he is in Skoldus Hall, other site says is on Cold H. Help please.
I found him last week iirc. So whatever that rotation was. Bosses change so you may or may not get him.
You can always just go through Twisted Corridors on a lower level until you get him.

GRRRR WHAT WING IS HE IN!!!
I’m still having the same problem trying to get this achievement, logged on to an old toon and it was still tracking this now, now wowhead says in hes in Mort’regar, others say Twisting, or Skuldus. does anyone actually know what wing its from so i dont have to keep doing Twisitng, trying to find it by chance considering its a 3 in 19 chance he pops on a given run… fml
This guy is supposedly found in Mort’regar, but I have run it on layer 16 about 7 times today and he evades me still.
