the quest isnt showing up for me anywhere near the vault in the first room on the wall. I’ve submitted a ticket but the GM’s were unable to resolve my problem. Everyone i know in my guild got the quest, just not me.
edit: i’ve looked outside entry to bank and nothing
its not near the vault, its just outside the entry to the bank, on the wall to the right. In dorn, fyi.

I believe you need to have completed the main story campaign in order to see the quest.
I haven’t seen that confirmed anywhere officially, but from what I’ve seen on other posts here that seems to be the common denominator.
makes no sense because I have completed every single quest on my main character yet I can’t see the vendor nor the quest either.
Well, good to know that the story completion can likely be ruled out then. It doesn’t seem to be a hugely large group of people that’s affected, at the time it seemed that might have been the reason.
Hopefully whatever is preventing you guys can get fixed soon!
