Am in the current timeline and cannot get this guy to appear for me (I know he’s stealthed in one of the corners). The keep itself is totally empty. Not sure how to get into the proper phase but … this feature is annoying and obstructive. Any advice on how to get this figured out?
things in Stormwind Keep get phased all weird depending on what quests you may have active in your quest log. for example: the darkshore tyrande thing, or the legion one where Anduin mourns in the Cathedral
