Light’s Breach branch of Antorus LFR does not provide access to the 3rd boss. The transporter to cross the gap does not spawn. Tried it twice, first by not clearing any trash, then again by clearing trash in the expected order.

Got the teleport pad but after the three generals the final boss will not spawn I don’t know if I’m supposed to trigger it somehow or what

It worked for me last week and this week.
The teleporter to High command spawns where the Hounds are for LFR, not where it normally is for normal, heroic and mythic.
