My character Eiger who is a Deathknight on Bladefist cannot enter the malygos raid. My character simply runs right through the portal but nothing happens. I just run through the portal to the other side. I reset all instances but no luck. Tried logging out and back in, and still no luck. I am not locked out of the raid since it’s been about 2 years since I even logged onto this toon. I was able to enter the instance with all my other characters so I don’t understand why I cannot enter with my Deathknight. Please help. Thanks
There is probably a phasing issue associated with a questline on that character which makes the portal non-interactable. I believe it may be one of the Legion artifact weapon quests or class hall quests, but you’ll have to look into your quest log to see if anything seems responsible.
Edit: Just wanted to add that you’ll probably need to complete that questline to revert the area back to normal, don’t just abandon the quest.
I should have mentioned that I completely abandoned every Quest in my quest log in an attempt to fix it and so my quest log is completely empty. I did not fix the problem and so I still cannot enter. Thank you for trying to help though. I think this is going to require a blue or a GM to look into this
