We are currently progging Mythic Fyrakk. we encountered an issue where we were unable to release after we wiped. We did not have an ankh and we did not have a soulstone available. We tried to disband the group and were ported to the entrance. Reforming the raid, we received the message we were unable to enter the instance wile an encounter was in progress. We tried disbanding and waiting ~1.5 hour for it to soft reset. It is still unavailable. Please assist.
