Didn’t we get it in the m+ rotation for 2 out of the 4 seasons in dragonflight? I’m pretty sick of that dungeon.

It sounds like they’re changing it up, probably significantly. Although it would have been nice to figure out how to not lock out future M+ instances for six weeks.

Cannot Enter Pit of Saron

Pit of Saron, Seat of the Triumvirate, Skyreach, and Algeth’ar Academy are currently closed on all difficulties in the 12.0.0 pre-expansion update while they undergo changes for Midnight Season 1. When the 12.0.1 update releases, they’ll reopen on Normal difficulty (except Seat of the Triumvirate, which has no Normal mode), and Heroic and Mythic difficulties will unlock when Midnight Season 1 begins. Thanks for your patience as we update these dungeons!

I hope the follower dungeon version is available in season 1 because the bookshelves don’t drop in M+ and I don’t want to farm with randoms in normal/heroic if I can just farm it in follower dungeons.

We didn’t have follower dungeons for all the non DF/TWW dungeons in TWW did we?

They need to allow access to the legacy versions too, just like Scholomance and Scarlet Halls. Except, not through a hidden questline of course.

Also though: It’s extra stupid this time since it isn’t even Season 1 midnight yet.

I like them recycling old dungeons so we’re not running the same 8 dungeons for 2 years.

They could come up with a better solution than closing off the legacy dungeons, tho.

Sure. But I am not talking about the TWW dungeons. This is the old dungeon that came back into the rotation. Do you remember the dungeons from season 1? Siege of Boralus. Necrotic Wake. Grim Batol. Mists of Thirna Scite None of them you could enter until season 1 ended. Look at this post: August 17th, 2024. War Within launched August 26th, 2024 with early access on August 22nd, 2024: So, yes, it has happened in the past. It is not something new. Not a bug either.
