The resourcefulness enchantment is incredibly misleading, unless it is just broken and should be able to be applied to herbalism tools.
The “refine herbs” herbalism skill is also misleading, unless it’s possible to modify resourcefulness for that profession.
Either there is a bug with enchanting or it is a bug in the UI and shouldn’t be showing resourcefulness in the “combine herb” ability.
