Cannot enable Directx 12

I am having an issue in advanced graphics settings where there is no option for directx 12 even though my gpu supports it. It’s a gtx 680. I only see dx11 and dx11 legacy. I have windows 10 pro. I tried making a new windows account because I read somewhere that it could fix the problem but it didn’t. And I also tried to force dx12 through the battle.net settings and that also didn’t work. Any help is appreciated.

BTW I have a laptop where directx 12 is working on wow, just my desktop isn’t. Thanks for the help in advanced. : )

It can vary depending on the game, Beastricee. While DirectX is technically supported for the GTX 680. WoW Dx12 only works with the 900 series and above for Nvidia cards. It’s fully intended that only DirectX11 and Dx11Legacy is only available for the GTX 680.
