I am unable to do the Darkshore Warfront on my alts or the quest: [Warfront: The Battle for Darkshore]. This is the case on at least two of my alts. The reason for this is that, while I can accept the quest, I am unable to queue for Darkshore. Right now, as of 9/23/20, I am able to join battle for it on my other character. However, I am unable to on the other two.
I do not believe they’ve done the Darkshore warfront before. However, I’m unable to teleport there, and after right clicking the War Table, all I see for Darkshore on these two characters is a greyed out ‘Join Battle (Heroic)’ button, and absolutely no button for Join Battle, grey or not. Wowhead did not provide a solution to this problem, and I seem to be completely unable to queue up on them. Could you please assist so I can take advantage of Warfronts with what little time is left before Shadowlands? Thanks!
Are your characters item level high enough? You can’t do that warfront on fresh 120s usually cause their item level is to low, hit up some nashatar quest or time walking and you should bring you item level up in no time
(I learned this the hard way on a alt of my own lol)

I think you had to have completed the darkshore quest line as well.

The intro quest that unlocks the Darkshore warfront is faction specific, or at least it was back when it was new.
- Are the alts on the opposite faction?
- Do they have high enough item level to queue?

It was my understanding that only one character from the faction on that server needed to have completed the quest? I also don’t see the quest in Stormwind anymore on one of them.
Would the button to queue for normals not show up at all if my ilvl wasn’t high enough?
Heroic requires a premade group of at least 10
Or as many as 30.
Edit: Try dropping the heroic quest. I had this happen as well. Didn’t realize you’re not getting the normal que.
I’m guessing your ilevel is too low. I just did it this week on my new DK at 400+ ilevel
